Tell us where it hurts

Send us your site and your current channels. We come back with a written breakdown of what is leaking and what we would fix first — usually inside three to five business days. No pitch deck, no obligation, and the analysis is yours either way.

What happens next

Three steps, no sales process

You send the form Two minutes. We only ask for what we actually need.
We run the audit Response-time test, channel review, tracking check.
You get the write-up A 30-minute call to walk through it, if you want one.

What the audit covers

  • Response-time test. We submit a real enquiry and time how long you take to reply.
  • Channel P&L view. Which of your channels can actually be evidenced as profitable.
  • Tracking audit. Where attribution is broken and what it is hiding.
  • Automation shortlist. The three workflows worth handing to an agent first.
  • Untapped channels. Two or three places your buyers are that you are not.

Reasonable things to wonder

Is the audit really free?

Yes, and there is no bait attached. It is genuinely the best sales tool we have — most people who see their own response-time number want to talk about fixing it. If you take the write-up and implement it yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome.

What access do you need for it?

For the free audit, none — your public site and a description of your channels is enough for a directional read. Read access to your ad accounts and analytics makes it substantially more useful, and we will ask if you want to go that far.

How small is too small?

Under roughly $5k a month in acquisition spend, the discovery and channel development work is hard to justify — the tests will not be big enough to read. The automation layer still pays for itself at almost any size, so that is usually where we would start you.

What if we already have an agency?

Common, and often fine. We work alongside existing agencies regularly. If your media buying is already good we will say so, and focus on the layers they are not covering rather than re-selling you something you have.

Will you sell or share my details?

No. Your enquiry goes to us and is used to respond to you. We are a marketing firm that thinks lead reselling is a bad business — it would be strange to do it with our own enquiries.
